Welcome back to my blog.🙋🏻 As the title refers, we will be talking about egg-less cocoa cup cake which is otherwise very famously known as Mug Cake. Now this is definitely not a low calorie recipe but once in while this quick recipe will satisfy your sweet cravings also you can serve this to your unexpected guests. 😀 So without any further ado lets get on
Below measurements are for 4 small dessert cups
- All purpose flour (Maida) – 4 tbsp
- Sugar – 4 tbsp
- Cocoa – 4 tbsp
- Pinch of salt
- Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Milk – half cup
- Whipped cream or ice-cream – for topping (optional)
Mix all dry ingredients first. Then mix oil and pour milk slowly till we reach paste like consistency, do not over pour. Now at this point of time you can add a bit of chocolate syrup or chocolate chips or anything you like but this is completely optional.
Now grease the cups with a little bit of oil and pour the mixture equally in four cups leaving about an inch place without filling the cup completely.
Now place these cups in the microwave oven and set timing for just two minutes. And you will have nicely baked cakes😃 Make sure to take a fork and check if it is baked, if the fork comes out clean it means your cakes are ready to serve.
Top it up whipped cream or ice-cream and serve it hot😃
