Strawberry Detox – #summerwithrams

Hey there!

How are you all? Summer is already here! So what are you guys planning? If your worried about all that tan, bloating, dehydration and all that nasty stuff. Don’t you worry I have good news for you guys. Our Summer Series #summerwithrams is here. We shall talk and share all those tips and tricks to stay glamours and stylish this season. So please go ahead and follow me to stay connected.

So our first post in our summer series would be about detox waters/fruit infused water. Staying hydrated is very important this summer. So sometimes having just plain water could be boring so why not make it flavorful with added nutrients. I personally love strawberries and here in India this strawberries season is almost coming to an end. So I thought why not get all the goodness of this little devil before it leaves.

What is detox water: Detox water helps eliminate toxins from body and keeps it hydrated. They also help in weight-loss, glowing skin and many more benefits.

Goodness of ingredients used in our recipes:

Strawberries: Strawberries are again rich in vitamin c and its a bonafide super food loaded with nutrients. It is a great skin food which helps you in getting youthful skin.

Cucumber : Cucumbers are an excellent source of vitamin K , copper, potassium, manganese, vitamin C, phosphorus, magnesium, biotin, and vitamin B1.

Lemon: Lemon is an excellent source of Vitamin C and also has best cleansing properties. One lemon a day gets you that super healthy glowing skin.

Mint: Mint helps in aid digestion and maintain oral health. It adds flavor to any sort of drink and also used to cure skin disorders.

Oranges: Oranges are good source of phytonutrients, vitamin C, and fiber, they are a good source of folate, vitamin B1, potassium, copper, pantothenic acid, and calcium.

Recipes:

Tangy strawberries

Ingredients:

1 orange

Mint

Strawberries

Method: Chop all ingredients and put it in a Manson jar and pour water. You can refill water 3 to 4 times a day. You can also refrigerate. Throw the ingredients after a day as they will not be flavorful and they may get spoiled if not refrigerated.

Strawberry citrus

Ingredients:

Strawberries

Lemon

Cucumber

Mint

Method: Same as above

Berry Melon

Ingredients:

Strawberries

Watermelon

Mint

Method: Same as above
