Hey all
How are you all doing? And how is the weekend going on? Mine is going pretty well I enjoying blogging and I am happy I could manage some time out for it. So for today’s post lets talk about some basic makeup brushes for beginners or for everyday use. These are my must haves and I believe it should be for most of the people. However if you feel you need more info on brushes and how to use them do let me know.
Lets start with the most important one:
Real Techniques Multi-tasking brush
This is that one brush we all must have. It does almost every job of your base makeup. It blends foundations and BB creams pretty well. Can be used for setting powder and also to apply blush. The name says it all, it’s a multi-tasking blush.
Blush is a must have staple in every girl make up kit and it’s always best to use a good brush for blushes. You can get many blush brushes in the market in various price ranges. So pick one of your choice. I use the one from colorbar and am happy with the job it does. Clean Blush brushes can also be used to set your loose or foundation powders.
I say it’s optional to own a contour brush unless you contour or use bronzer every day. If your blush brush is not so dense or has slight slant cut of hairs like shown in picture below you can use it for contouring.
Eye shadow application brush
Do not use your blending brush application of eyeshadow on lid. Yes I did it initially and many of us still do It off course it does the job but if you’re looking for shadow application to be very precise and using different shades on eye lid you need an application brush.
Blending Brush
Eyeshadow blending brush is a must must have. It helps your eyeshadows blend nicely and perfect to deepen the crease areas this brush will make your eye make-up just perfect.
I kept this in must have brushes because its perfect for applying eyeshadow to lower lash line and also a does a good job in smudging. And also good for inner corner and brow bone highlight.
This is again definitely one of my must haves because it’s perfect for doing brows, for winged liners and also to clean up bleeding lipstick or eyeliner with concealer.
I use these brushes on daily basis and can achieve most of the looks with them and these are also my travel essential brushes. Let me know what yours are and also if I forgot to mention something.
Hope you guys like my post I will be back soon with another post 🙂
