How are you all doing? Summers are quite harsh on our skin and body. So its very important to follow a legit skincare routine along with your diet and fitness. I try to avoid sun during the peak hours to save my skin and also not to get dehydrated. Also I love using a lot of tea tree products because of its soothing properties.
I am using Fab India tea tree cleansing milk to remove my makeup. This helps in cleansing the skin.
Next I use Bodyshop tea tree face wash to cleanse any debris of dirt and makeup.
I scrub my face only once or twice a week to clear all dead skin and tan. And currently I am using Biotique papaya scrub
I use Clinque clarifying toner in the Morning. This toner really cleanses of face and it also removes dead skin. And for the night I use Forest essential Bella mist. I love the fragrance of this, it smells like jasmine. Perfect for summer nights.
For serum I use tea tree anti imperfection solution or Aviance serum. Both are lite and do their job well.
I use Plum moisturizer in the morning and in the night I use Avaince night cream or Bodyshop vitamin e oil depends on how my skin feels that day.
Sunscreen is a must for me during day time. I take a pump of plum moisturizer and spray some sunscreen in it. Mix it and apply to my face to skin in one step :p I am using Lotus sunscreen with spf 5o
And for body I use Body shop Satsuma body wash which kind of became a holy grail for every summer and for exfoliation and I also use their body polish.
For body moisturizer I am currently using Vaseline spray moisturizer and same lotus SPF. Again, I mix both and apply.
In the night I like applying lite oil like Bio oil or just moisturizer and not to forget the foot cream. Trust me foot cream can maintain your feet any season.
I use face packs once or twice in a week whenever I scrub for that extra cleansing and follow up with vitamin oil after the mask. I am not much of a facial person but I go to spa for a good relaxing massage once in 2 months. Also I don’t do much about Tan. In-fact I love to get tanned. But if my tanning is uneven I use a lemon wedge dipped in sugar and use it all over the tan everyday. It gives me good results.
That’s it guys, its quite simple, doesn’t consume much of your time and your skin is well maintained if you give it a bit of attention.
