Frequently asked questions
Can I use Sunscreen and Vitamin E together?
Yes, it is safe. Vitamin E layers under sunscreen without any conflict. Sunscreen always goes last in the morning.
Which goes first, Sunscreen or Vitamin E?
Apply Vitamin E first, then Sunscreen. The general rule is thinnest to thickest texture, and lowest pH first.
Should I use Sunscreen in the morning or at night?
Sunscreen: best in the morning. Use two finger-lengths for face and neck as the last morning step, every day, including indoors near windows. Reapply every 2–3 hours outdoors.
Should I use Vitamin E in the morning or at night?
Vitamin E: works morning or night. Look for it combined with vitamin C and ferulic acid. Very oily or acne-prone skin should avoid pure vitamin E oil.
