Mildly, so most people are fine. Tocopherol has a comedogenic rating of 2 out of 5. Vitamin E is rated 2 in pure form. The small amounts used as an antioxidant in formulas are rarely a problem.

Yes. Tocopherol is not a known Malassezia (fungal acne) trigger.
