Frequently asked questions
Can I use Glycolic Acid and Vitamin E together?
Yes, it is safe. There is no known chemical conflict between Glycolic Acid and Vitamin E, and neither makes the other less effective.
Which goes first, Glycolic Acid or Vitamin E?
Apply Glycolic Acid first, then Vitamin E. The general rule is thinnest to thickest texture, and lowest pH first.
Should I use Glycolic Acid in the morning or at night?
Glycolic Acid: best at night. Use 2–3 nights a week after cleansing. Skip it on nights you use retinoids. Sunscreen is non-negotiable because AHAs raise sun sensitivity.
Should I use Vitamin E in the morning or at night?
Vitamin E: works morning or night. Look for it combined with vitamin C and ferulic acid. Very oily or acne-prone skin should avoid pure vitamin E oil.
