How to use them
Alternate nights, for example Lactic Acid on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and PDRN on Tuesday and Thursday, with a plain moisturiser night in between if your skin feels sensitive. If your skin is resilient and already used to both, you can try layering them: apply Lactic Acid first, wait a few minutes, then apply PDRN.

What PDRN does
Polydeoxyribonucleotide, a salmon-DNA-derived ingredient best known from in-clinic "salmon DNA" injections and now sold in serums. Early clinical studies suggest it may support tissue repair and hydration, but topical (as opposed to injected) evidence is still limited, so treat claims of dramatic results with caution.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use Lactic Acid and PDRN together?
Yes, but not at the same time. Low-pH acids can break down peptides, and with copper they can also irritate. Use the acid at one time of day and the peptide at the other, or on alternate nights.
Which goes first, Lactic Acid or PDRN?
Apply Lactic Acid first, then PDRN. The general rule is thinnest to thickest texture, and lowest pH first. For this pair, though, it is better not to layer them in the same routine at all.
Should I use Lactic Acid in the morning or at night?
Lactic Acid: best at night. Use 2–3 nights a week. It is good for beginners to exfoliation. Follow with a moisturiser, and wear SPF the next day.
Should I use PDRN in the morning or at night?
PDRN: works morning or night. Use as a serum step, morning or night. It has no known irritancy, so it layers easily with most other actives. It is not a substitute for an in-clinic PDRN treatment, which uses injectable-grade material under medical supervision.
Is Lactic Acid with PDRN safe during pregnancy?
Neither is a known risk in normal cosmetic amounts, but guidance varies for PDRN. Check with your doctor.
