Frequently asked questions

Can I use Glutathione and Retinol together?

Yes, it is safe. There is no known chemical conflict between Glutathione and Retinol, and neither makes the other less effective. They share a goal (pigmentation), so together they reinforce each other.

Which goes first, Glutathione or Retinol?

Apply Glutathione first, then Retinol. The general rule is thinnest to thickest texture, and lowest pH first.

Should I use Glutathione in the morning or at night?

Glutathione: works morning or night. Use daily as part of a brightening routine, always with sunscreen. Glutathione injections and drips for skin whitening are not approved for that use and carry real risks.

Should I use Retinol in the morning or at night?

Retinol: best at night. Start 2–3 nights a week on dry skin, a pea-sized amount for the whole face, then build up. Always wear sunscreen the next morning.

Is Glutathione with Retinol safe during pregnancy?

Retinol is generally avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Ask your doctor about safer alternatives such as azelaic acid or bakuchiol.
