Frequently asked questions
Can I use Glutathione and PHA together?
Yes, it is safe. There is no known chemical conflict between Glutathione and PHA, and neither makes the other less effective. They share a goal (dullness), so together they reinforce each other.
Which goes first, Glutathione or PHA?
Apply PHA first, then Glutathione. The general rule is thinnest to thickest texture, and lowest pH first.
Should I use Glutathione in the morning or at night?
Glutathione: works morning or night. Use daily as part of a brightening routine, always with sunscreen. Glutathione injections and drips for skin whitening are not approved for that use and carry real risks.
Should I use PHA in the morning or at night?
PHA: works morning or night. You can use it daily. It is a good first acid, or a way to keep exfoliating on retinoid "rest" nights if your skin tolerates it.
Is Glutathione with PHA safe during pregnancy?
Neither is a known risk in normal cosmetic amounts, but guidance varies for Glutathione. Check with your doctor.
