Frequently asked questions
Can I use Glutathione and Sunscreen together?
Yes, and they work even better together. Glutathione works best, and stays safe, only if your skin is protected from UV. Without daily sunscreen, sun damage undoes its results.
Which goes first, Glutathione or Sunscreen?
Apply Glutathione first, then Sunscreen. The general rule is thinnest to thickest texture, and lowest pH first.
Should I use Glutathione in the morning or at night?
Glutathione: works morning or night. Use daily as part of a brightening routine, always with sunscreen. Glutathione injections and drips for skin whitening are not approved for that use and carry real risks.
Should I use Sunscreen in the morning or at night?
Sunscreen: best in the morning. Use two finger-lengths for face and neck as the last morning step, every day, including indoors near windows. Reapply every 2–3 hours outdoors.
Is Glutathione with Sunscreen safe during pregnancy?
Neither is a known risk in normal cosmetic amounts, but guidance varies for Glutathione. Check with your doctor.
