The verdict

For aging and barrier, Copper Peptides is the stronger option, while PDRN is gentler and better suited to sensitive or beginner skin.

Using both? Safe to mix There is no known chemical conflict between Copper Peptides and PDRN, and neither makes the other less effective. They share a goal (aging and barrier), so together they reinforce each other. How to layer them →

Copper Peptides in short

A peptide bound to copper that supports wound-healing, firmness and barrier repair. Copper is reactive, so it does not play well with strong acids or pure vitamin C.

PDRN in short

Polydeoxyribonucleotide, a salmon-DNA-derived ingredient best known from in-clinic "salmon DNA" injections and now sold in serums. Early clinical studies suggest it may support tissue repair and hydration, but topical (as opposed to injected) evidence is still limited, so treat claims of dramatic results with caution.
