How to use them
Alternate nights, for example Exosomes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and PHA on Tuesday and Thursday, with a plain moisturiser night in between if your skin feels sensitive. If your skin is resilient and already used to both, you can try layering them: apply PHA first, wait a few minutes, then apply Exosomes.

What Exosomes does
Tiny cell-signalling particles, most often derived from plant or stem-cell cultures for cosmetic use. In-clinic exosome treatments (injected or applied after microneedling) have more published evidence than the topical serums sold direct to consumers. Regulatory status varies by country, and topical evidence is still described as early and limited, so treat "regeneration" or anti-ageing claims with caution.

What PHA does
Polyhydroxy acids are the gentlest chemical exfoliants. They work only on the surface, hydrate at the same time, and are usually tolerated by sensitive and rosacea-prone skin.

Yes, but not at the same time. Low-pH acids can break down peptides, and with copper they can also irritate. Use the acid at one time of day and the peptide at the other, or on alternate nights.
