What PDRN does
Polydeoxyribonucleotide, a salmon-DNA-derived ingredient best known from in-clinic "salmon DNA" injections and now sold in serums. Early clinical studies suggest it may support tissue repair and hydration, but topical (as opposed to injected) evidence is still limited, so treat claims of dramatic results with caution.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use PDRN and Vitamin E together?
Yes, it is safe. There is no known chemical conflict between PDRN and Vitamin E, and neither makes the other less effective. They share a goal (barrier and hydration), so together they reinforce each other.
Which goes first, PDRN or Vitamin E?
Apply PDRN first, then Vitamin E. The general rule is thinnest to thickest texture, and lowest pH first.
Should I use PDRN in the morning or at night?
PDRN: works morning or night. Use as a serum step, morning or night. It has no known irritancy, so it layers easily with most other actives. It is not a substitute for an in-clinic PDRN treatment, which uses injectable-grade material under medical supervision.
Should I use Vitamin E in the morning or at night?
Vitamin E: works morning or night. Look for it combined with vitamin C and ferulic acid. Very oily or acne-prone skin should avoid pure vitamin E oil.
Is PDRN with Vitamin E safe during pregnancy?
Neither is a known risk in normal cosmetic amounts, but guidance varies for PDRN. Check with your doctor.
